DUEL Hardcore Super X4 Braid

There is something new in the market. The advanced fiber technology called “Gel Spinning Technology Method” has produced an extremely high strength, high modulus “Super Fiber”, known as IZANAS™ which presents infinite possibilities, for various applications. IZANAS™ has the highest level of tensile strength amongst commercialized organic fibers.

The DUEL Hardcore Super X4 braided line is made with ultra, high, strength Polyethylene fiber IZANAS manufactured by Toyobo Japan. It is a strong and supple, made in Japan PE line, with micro-pitch braided processing. Each thread is braided, using a micro-pitch process and then special heat treatment is applied, to make each thread adheres to each other. As a result, the roundness is improved, giving it firmness and resiliency that could not be achieved with conventional products. Also resistance to abrasion has been greatly improved and is approximately three times higher, than conventional products.

The Super X4 braid is also going through a special coating process that gives it water repellency. Water absorption has been reduced, the braid is quickly drained, hence issues such as sticking to the blank, or attracting dust have been drastically reduced. Throw a drop of water on the line and check how well the water is repelled. And also, it reduces friction, as the braid goes through the guides, thus increasing casting distance and making reeling in, an easier process.

Other benefits of the DUEL Super X4 braid include an improved sensitivity. When a load of 1 kg is applied to 100m of line, the elongation of this braid is 44.4 cm, compared to 86.3 cm for conventional products. The adherence of each thread to the other brings significantly less line-trouble, when casting. The firmness achieved makes the DUEL Super X4 wind-resistant, causes less wind knots and easy handling. It drastically reduces trouble when casting lures and brings about handling, that allows you to fish without stress.

The DUEL Hardcore Super X4 is available in multicolor version. It features a color sequence, in every ten meters and a white marking is placed every 5 meters, so you can easily estimate the depth, the casting distance, or in case of entanglement to undo the knot easier.
