Shipping Methods

There is no minimum order requirement.

If you are based in Greece, we can send your order in the following ways:

• Courier (Speedex, Elta Courier, ACS, Courier Center, Geniki Taxydromiki)
• Freight Company

With every order, the customer is charged with the relative shipping expenses, which are calculated and stated in the order form, before the completion of the order.

After completion of your order, it's delivery to the shipping company of your choice, is done the following working day. In case you have selected "Bank Transfer" as the way of payment, the delivery of your order to the shipping company of your choice, is done the following working day after the payment has been received by company Tsouros Marine.

The delivery time of an order is valid only if all the selected products are immediately available. In case your order can not be completed within 5 working days, a member of our staff will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order.

Company Tsouros Marine has the right to make partial shipments or to combine more than one orders placed by the same customer, to one shipment. In cases that an order is comprised of various products, coming from different suppliers, company Tsouros Marine will make every effort to deliver the order in as few shipments as possible. In such cases the delivery time might be prolongued.

In case that the delivery address is in a remote area of Greece, the delivery time might be prolongued.

Shipping Expenses via Courier (Speedex, Elta Courier, ACS, Courier Center, Geniki Taxydromiki) within Greece

Orders above the value of €60 are sent with free shipment.

For orders below the value of €60, shipping expenses for parcels up to 5 kg is €5. For each additional kilo above the limit of 5 kilos, there is an extra charge of €1.5

For each order, you will be informed about the total shipping cost, before your order is finalized.

For orders that include bulky items that require special handling, Tsouros Marine will fully inform you about the shipping cost, before the parcel is handed to the shipping company.

Shipping Expenses with Transport Company

This shipping method is available for the entire Greek territory, with delivery from the warehouse of the shipping company that serves the geographical area. The average cost for transporting a parcel up to Athens or Thessaloniki is € 5 per box. Order of fiscal value above €60 will be transported up to Athens or Thessaloniki free of charge.

For other georgaphical areas outside Athens, or Thessaloniki, the final customer will be charged the shipping expenses for the distance between Athens or Thessaloniki up to the final destination.

Taking into account that we can not always estimate in advance the number of the parcels that complete an order, the total weight and the geographical distance to the delivery address, the total transport cost will be communicated to you by a member of our staff. If your order includes bulky, or heavy items the shipping cost will be communicated to you, by a member of our staff in advance.

Shipping Methods Abroad

All orders coming from a country other than Greece, are sent via one of the following ways, within 5 working days, subject to all products being available. If your order includes bulky, or heavy items the shipping cost will be communicated to you, by a member of our staff in advance. If the delivery address is considered by the Greight Company "remote", extra shipping expenses might occur, which will be communicated to you by a member of our staff.

We would also like to kindly inform our clients, that there are limitations with regards to the kind of products that can be sent abroad, related but not limited to the size, or the content (such as liquid or hazardous materials). Tsouros Marine reserves the right to refuse the execution of an order that includes hazardous products that can not be sent via post.
