3M 244 Masking Tape

3M™ Scotch™ Masking Tape 244 is a yellow coloured specialty masking tape with a flat paper backing and a synthetic adhesive, well suited for holding, bundling, sealing and paint masking, particularly where exposure to sunlight is expected.

Scotch™ Masking Tape 244 can be used for a wide range of masking applications, especially for applications where UV resistance and clean removal is required and with an optimum temperature of 100°C for 30 minutes.

It can be removed cleanly from the surface for up to 150 days even in direct sunlight.

Applications:

• Painting & Masking Work
• Super flat color edge, no color running behind
• For razor-sharp color line edges
• Especially on critical surfaces (window rubbers, door handles, plastic parts)
• Suitable for lacquer and spatula technique, water-based paints, and sensitive surfaces.
