The Lowrance HDS Live Fishfinder features a full high-definition SolarMAX™ HD multi-touch, screen and Active Imaging™ 3-in-1 sonar (transducer required). HDS Live features a stunning new low-profile design, with edge-to-edge glass, a SolarMax HD screen, bracket, flush and rear mounting options, user-programmable keys; and an optional fully-programmable Bluetooth remote.

The 3-in-1 sonar combines Lowrance Chirp, with SideScan and DownScan Imaging allowing anglers to quickly search fish-holding structure, and enhances clarity in target separation. Active Imaging 2-in-1 sonar includes Side and DownScan Imaging and is perfect for use with a separate traditional sonar transducer. Simple to use without the need to change frequencies while fishing in most conditions.

The FishReveal function is another breakthrough, as it makes fish easier to see on DownScan Imaging™ by combining Chirp sonar fish targets with superior, high-resolution views of bottom detail, structure and bait fish. FishReveal removes the need to display Chirp sonar and DownScan Imaging in a two-panel split-screen.

LiveSight Sonar technology delivers the most detailed views of fish, down to every turn and flip of the tail, as they swim in and around cover. You’ll be fishing in real-time as you watch fish react to your lure, see how they are relating to structure and gain insight on what will work, what won’t and what to do next. Perfect for drop-shotting, vertical-jigging, or lure-tracking in front of your boat, LiveSight helps you pinpoint fish locations, so you’ll know whether they are actively feeding. Mount the transducer in a front-facing position to cast toward the fish, or mount it in a down-facing position to do some vertical jigging below your boat.

When using LiveSight forward in conjunction with the Lowrance Point-1 GPS antenna, an innovative on-chart indicator shows the direction the transducer is pointed, allowing anglers to line up on a waypoint or pinpoint the structure they are trying to fish.

Delivering real-time, custom-mapping capabilities, the Lowrance HDS Live harnesses the power of C-MAP Genesis Live charting, which uses digital depth to create high-definition maps, by overlaying depth-contours on charts. This allows you to update the mapping of your favorite fishing spot, or map unmapped areas with ½ foot contours – in real time – on the screen of your fishfinder. Incredibly easy to use, users can control contour transparency, density of contours drawn on the screen up to unprecedented ½-foot intervals, depth and safety shading colour palettes, and more. This is a truly customizable mapping experience which makes it easy to find areas where fish like to hide, like drop-offs, points, ditches and more. Charts can quickly and easily be saved as you go to an SD card.

HDS Live allows anglers to display important fishing information and entertainment from their smartphones on their 12- and 16-inch sunlight viewable displays. Users can view their smartphone in full-, or split-screen windows via HDMI connection allowing them to stream video, view Google Maps and fishing data on the HDS Live touchscreen — all while their phone is safely stowed.
