Slash Ranger Hat SL-222

Hats have become a standard item in recent years amongst anglers, for protection against heat and harmful UV rays.

The Slash Ranger Hat is made of Nano Wing, a Japanese fabric that is water and oil-repellent, stain-resistant and easy to clean. The Nano Wing fabric is the result of Nanotechnology applied on textile to improve several factors: water & oil repellence, removal of stains, quick drying, soft feeling to the touch, durability.

Instead of coating the surface of the fabric, with a water-repellent coating, the water-repellent solution is allowed to permeate the fabric, leaving holes on it that do not allow water molecules to pass through. Therefore, the fabric has water repellency and moisture absorption / permeability without blocking the gaps between the fibers. This is the Nano Wing material; a versatile fabric that has water-repellent properties but does not have uncomfortable fabric stuffiness compared to nylon and other fabrics.

The lower side of the brim of the Slash Ranger Hat is made of black fabric, easing stress on the eyes. Around the brim, a wire frame is inserted, around the entire circumference, allowing the shape of the brim to change freely, helping to block wind and sunlight.

In addition, the front part has a built-in "soft visor pad to secure the field of vision in the front part. The inside is made of water-absorbent and quick-drying material.
