Owner Beast Soft Bait Hooks 5130

The Owner Weighted Beast Soft Bait Hook with Twist Lock Centering-Pin Springs (CPS), are weighted hooks designed for weedless rigging of larger, plastic and silicone baits, such as swimbaits, flukes, tubes and creature baits.

The TwistLock Centering-Pin Spring attached to the hook eye, allows baits to be firmly secured, by inserting the pin in the center of the nose of a soft bait and then twisting it onto the TwistLock coil spring, to rig perfectly every time. Different size springs are matched to hook size to maximize holding power.

The Weighted Owner Beast hook also comes with a non-movable, keel-style weight. It also has a quick-drop 3x-strong forged shank below the eye, for rigging fat-headed baits and maximum gap for improved hook sets. The non-movable weight attached (5130W) not only helps to sink, or swim a rigged bait down into the strike zone, but because the weight is positioned so low on the shank, it provides a keel effect. As a result, when rigging large swimbaits weedless-style, plastics swim naturally (as opposed to rolling or flipping where weights are inserted inside soft baits). There is a lot of steel in this hook, which allows the hook alone to act as the weight on lighter baits.

The Owner 5130W Offset hooks are made with Super Needle Point sharpening, for better penetration and black chrome finish, for maximum durability.
