Beat Rush Jigs

The Beat Rush are flexible jigs that allow you to fish them both with a Baitcasting reel, or with a Spinning reel Jigging set, if you are planning to cast from the boat.

The Rush jig has a slim body and produces a sliding motion as you retrieve it, or jerk it, while it will slide towards the opposite direction if you let it fall. In the center and along the body of the Rush jig, a groove has been created, a feature that allows the lure to easily and without resistance move in the water, while immediately after a pause creates the image of a vulnerable and weak fish.

The Beat Rush jigs are rear weighted, with fast sinking speed and a nearly perfect response to strong currents. If you decide to cast the jig at a distance – a style for which they have been designed – then you need a Jigging set that supports a Spinning reel. The jig will sink, with a strong downward movement from right to left, making it irresistibly provocative in the eyes of large predators.

The color combinations used by Beat are very popular in Mediterranean waters and the presence of fluorescent effect are intensive in the Zebra patterns. Beat has divided the colors patterns into three categories:

• In colors such as 007 which has a strong fluorescent effect and matte color, so it is suitable for use in dark conditions
• In colors such as 015 which has less intensive fluorescent effect, but with holographic and iridescent colors, to be suitable in low light conditions, as they cause reflections
• In colors like 013 which does not produce a strong glowing effect, as most part of the body has holographic and iridescent colors, so it can be used during the day

For the times when the Rush jig is to be fished with baitcasting equipment, Beat has incorporated all the know-how and experience in designing and developing Slow jigs all these years. The idea to design a jig that will work equally well with a jigging rod, rigged with either a Baitcasting, or a Spinning reel was achieved and now has a name, no other than… Rush.
