34 Mame Jighead

The 34 “Bean” is a jig head devised for hooking Horse Mackerel, Kingfish and Saddled Seabream as the name suggests.

The hook itself is naturally made smaller, according to the size of the mouth of the Bean Horse Mackerel and although it is a barbless (threaded needle) considering the Catch & Release of the juvenile Horse Mackerel, it has an exquisite unique shape that does not come off easily.

The wire diameter of the hook is 0.43 mm, which is 0.08 mm thinner than the wire diameter of the 34 Diamond head and made of Carbon Vanadium Alloy Steel, so that it is thin, but sturdy. The sensitivity has increased and the sharp needle tip lasts longer, making it easier to pierce than ever before.

Also, one of the most important features of this jig head is allowing the angler to feel its presence. In the case of Bean Horse Mackerel, they usually lurk on the surface layer, so it is inevitable to use a lightweight jig head, and it has been said that beginners do not know where the jig head is. Therefore, it was important for 34 to facilitate the presence of the jig head. The reason behind this is that beginners often check the position of the jig head when lifting. Therefore, it is easier to feel the position of the Mame Bean jig head if you increase the resistance and the resistance is increased by making the eye side flat and expanding the surface area. The top surface of the head is horizontal and designed to increase the presence of the lightweight jig head when lifted. The lower part of the head has a keel shape like the bottom of a ship, and the water flow, flows backward to maintain a horizontal posture.
