DUO Spearhead Ryuki 50S Special Colors

DUO International applied for the first time to the Spearhead Ryuki 50S lures, which have been manufactured exclusively for TSOUROS Marine, a new type of paint that combines Foils and Pearl colors, with Glow and UV details. Giorgos Tyrikos Ergas, who has designed the new colors, sent hand painted prototypes, on original Ryuki blanks. To these paints he added Enamel Foils, or Polymers, Colorshift colors and created "difficult" options for mass production. DUO, not only turned what seemed difficult into a walk in the park, but in order to achieve the exact color, they implemented new coloring methods. The result is one of the most impressive LRF lures in the market. The DUO Spearhead Ryuki 50S, which was an already amazing lure, is now carrying immaculate, hand crafted details.

Midas UV

With this bait, we are dealing with an original Full Body UV lure. Its black silhouette changes color towards blue, depending on the time of day (dusk, dawn), depending on whether the sky is cloudy, or even when the lure passes through underwater obstacles that reduce light, such as rocks. The lure is already painted with Black Pearl paint, but Corolshift on its UV body gives it an incredibly realistic character. Its side line, made of holographic golden foil (Warm Gold) puts the finishing touch and really creates an incredible effect, when the lure is in motion. Due to the black outline, this lure appears to be more voluminous in the water and provokes even larger predators. Huge White Seabreams and Seabass have been fooled by it, since the first trials. This is a lure that has never existed in the market until today.

Atalante Glow

The Foil here changes to holographic silver. The back is in Green - Blue Colorshift Perle coloring. This is a "natural" color enhanced by the glowing belly and intended to be the base choice for the new Ryuki 50S series. The Glow effect on the belly is an excellent idea, as it has been proven many times, in the Mediterranean waters, not only for fishing in low light conditions, or in cloudy waters, but mainly because the glow details are strengthened and diminished depending on the depth and the shadows which the lure finds in its course. The glowing effect in this particular case, is another touch to the Coloshift effect we want to achieve. The lateral line reflects the light beautifully and the overall color on the movement, has proven to be absolutely successful in surface predators such as Saddled Seabreams, White Trevally, or Leerfish.

Golden Rush

Golden Rush is the reaction version of Atalante Glow. It has all the features of the new series, such as Pearl, Colorshift touches, glowing belly, while its side golden foil line creates an additional iridescence. This lure combines elements from Midas and Atalante, making it an ideal lure, when we first explore the potential of a seabed and we don't yet know how fish will respond.

Boosted Mack

The challenge in this lure was to make a full Foil body, which would produce a 3D effect. DUO totally nailed it. In every movement the lure makes, even when free falling, the little spots located at different parts of the body create an illusion of movement and thus keep this Ryuki "alive" in the eyes of predators. Perle and Colorshift elements have been preserved. A warm golden color has been used on the belly, which blends very well and is intended to contrast with the dark color of the belly, during the rolling movements of the lure. The stripes on the back are reminiscent of a multitude of Mediterranean prey fish and the overall effect is reminiscent of a very basic Ryuki color that can respond to literally any condition.
