The Frichy X20 fishing pliers are a machined aluminum construction with functions such as opening split ring, crimping leads and sleeves. The jaws are made of stainless steel. They are of ergonomic design, with comfortable spring loaded handles and split ring jaws.

The Frichy X20 pliers are equipped with tungsten carbide cutters, which are ideal for cutting braided and mono lines. The blades material is the 70 HRC Tungsten Steel. Steel, when mixed with other metals, it takes on different properties. Tungsten was one of the first metals used to improve steel. It adds strength, hardness and corrosion resistance.
