Shimano Vengeance AX Boat Slim

The renewed Shimano Vengeance Boat Slim has been strongly improved in the blank. The new blank (XT60) is more responsive, stronger and lighter and has already captured the attention of the newcomers in the Trolling style of fishing.

The Vengeance Boat Slim is an ideal all-round boat rod which is powerful and provides a lot of pleasure in fighting the fish for long periods of time.

The strongly improved blank is now more responsible (stiffer), stronger and lighter at the same time. The Moderate blank action makes the rod strong and will bend beautifully when fighting a fish. This also prevents pulling the hook out.

Finally Shimano has not neglected the design element, with matt black color and red details.

The convenient two piece construction combines perfectly with the action and lengths required for coastal trolling. The blank is fitted with a with a Shimano DPS Reel Seat and Shimano Stainless Steel, Double Leg guides.

XT Carbon

XT Carbon is used throughout the Shimano Vengeance Slim Boat range. The number following the XT (XT60), denotes the quality of carbon fiber used. The higher the number, the stronger the carbon.
