The Slow Blatt Cast Long jigs are made of Z- Light Metal, an alloy with low specific weight. They have an impressively long length, compared to their overall weight. Because of their very low density, the Palms Slow Blatt Cast Long jigs have a relatively slow immersion rate. They preserve the grace of a slow jig sinking towards the bottom, aggressively provoking nearby predators to attack, even when they are not actively feeding.
Palms rigged the Slow Blatt Cast Long jigs with double Assist Hooks in the front and a single, Short Assist at the rear. Palms selected Decoy as the provider of the Assist Hooks and the end result is a jig, made of high technical specifications, as one would expect from Palms, the Japanese company that has designed the Shore Slow fishing style. It has been field tested by internationally known angler Numata Yunichi and has incorporated the most wide range of experience and know-how, than that any other shore jig in the market.
The Long Slow Blatt jigs are an integral “tool” for the Shore Slow technique. They refer mainly to the big predators who demand a long, chunky silhouette, in order to attack. Nevertheless, they are easy to handle and direct with your rod, they have finesse and become extremely effective in the pauses between active jerks of Shore Slow.
