Zenaq Muthos “The Mid Game 96 Power” Rod

The Mid Game 96 model, is a rod of great versatility, when using jigs in the 30 - 120g weight class. Its sharp action can match all situations. With a sensitive tip and powerful butt section, controlling jigs with minimum effort is feasible and even a 10kg fighting prey will not be a match.

With its Fast Tip action, it enables hard baits to accomplish the ideal movement underwater, the increased casting distance and the immediacy in strikes. Fishing with a Zenaq Muthos rod produces an amazing feeling to the angler when handling hard artificial baits, as he can sense even the motion of underwater currents that can affect the motion of the lure. The Muthos Mid Game 96 Power has an impressive, parabolic bending, that makes the upper 1/3 of the rod extremely sensitive, while the butt is extremely powerful. Its progressive curve contributes to striking catches with confidence, but also allows the angler to effectively exhaust the most fighting prey.

Zenaq’s innovative ergonomic foregrip, known as the Hexagonal grip, has been designed to fit an angler’s hands comfortably, giving him a huge advantage when fighting large fish. Contoured to maximize grip with minimal pressure, your hand will not tire nearly as much as with a cylindrical handle during a fight with a large fish. Additionally, the hexagonal grip offers more precise lure control, helping you produce more strikes.

The Zenaq Muthos Mid Game 96 is equipped with Fuji K guides (Titanium Frame & SiC ring). To improve its performance even further, Zenaq installed more guides than in a usual shore jigging rod. On average a mainstream Shore Jigging rod of 10 feet has about 8 to 9 guides; Muthos K guide models of 10 feet has 10 guides. Every guide is double footed and double wrapped to keep its durability.
