Sagoshi is the Japanese name for a young, Spanish mackerel, which is known to be a migratory fish, that can be easily targeted from breakwaters. In recent years, it has become very popular and Japanese anglers, who are fascinated by the Sagoshi game have been using existing lures, such as metal jigs and vibration lures.

Jackson has developed the Pin Tail Sagoshi Tune specifically for fishing Spanish Mackerel (Sagoshi) from the shore. Jackson developed the Pin Tail Sagoshi Tune lure for Japanese anglers, targeting Spanish Mackerels from the shore.
