Lucky Craft Stream Drive Lure

Following the successful design philosophy of the Wander 45 lure, Japanese company Lucky Craft has designed another tiny, Slim Sinking Pencil lure which is ideally intended for use in wavy conditions and intense currents. Its name: Stream Drive HD.

Stream Drive is a sinking Pencil, which in many ways resembles a Minnow, thanks to its small lip, which is an extension of its small body. The Stream Drive is middle center of balance lure (thanks to the distribution of fixed tungsten balls inside its tiny body), ensuring a very interesting, parallel to the bottom sinking posture, producing a subtle, but at the same time tempting wobbling action in the eyes of nearby predators, while the casting distance it achieves, will impress any angler.

The lip of this Lucky Craft lure resembles that of a Minnow lure in terms of design and is an extension of the body. It has been placed at an angle so that it fills with water and produces with steady retrieve a very discreet orbit, up to about 40 cm below the water surface.

A simple, steady retrieve is the strong point of this Lucky Craft lure. However, it is also very effective with Twitches with pauses. No matter the intensity by which you perform the retrieve, the Stream Drive will not lose its balance, something that is incredibly useful when targeting Saddled and White Seabreams, when they appear to respond to very fast retrieves with continuous and sharp Twitches. Its sinking character, makes it ideal for catching fish at all levels of the water column, but also throughout the year, making it a loyal ally, even in Light Fishing from the boat, looking for Saddled Seabreams, or the Autumn Black Seabreams in midwater.

The Lucky Craft Stream Drive is available in two sizes (35HD and 45HD) so any angler can choose the right size to match the equipment, or the fishing conditions.

Size 35HD is rigged with one treble hook, while size 45HD with two.
