Quantum Nova 351 Reel

The Nova is a light trolling reel coming from Quantum America. It is the first traditional left-handed multiplier reel, for heavy-duty spinning, light Norwegian fishing and popular dead baiting for pike.

The ergonomically designed and extremely robust body of the Nova, enables hours of fatigue-free fishing, while the smooth action on the retrieve completes the reel's positive overall feel.

Despite the practically indestructible housing, the Nova is surprisingly light and a delight to handle, via the star and centrifugal drag.

The multiplier allows perfect, twist-free casting while the additional ‘ratchet’ function makes trolling with a trolling float very effective, whether with lures, or baitfish. We recommend the Mr. Pike Standard Boat as the ideal accompanying rod.
