The BG Seabass rod series has been redesigned and a number of constructive changes have taken place, which can be seen. For example the part of the butt section covered with EVA material is longer and a new reel seat has been developed by Daiwa engineers, using Fuji parts. It is called “Air Sensor reel seat”.

Τhe powerful blanks of the Daiwa Seabass BG have been designed in the high modulus HVF carbon blanks, featuring the x 45 cross-wrapped technology, for even more bending and torque resistance and a faster recovery to their initial shape.

They are fitted with Fuji Alconite Concept O guides, hence the BG rods meet the demands of any in shore situation.

Aesthetically speaking, the BG series come in a classic black color with golden elements to match their heritage and look – not only feel - like top-of-the-range.
