Momoi Egixite PE Braid

What does an Eging enthusiast expect from a top class braid? To be thin, sensitive, visible, strong, smooth and also possess the proper stiffness. Why stop there? The Momoi Egixite also features a tight weave, round cross-section, proper bite indication and lure action, alongside surface smoothness. Hence it is the ultimate PE braided line for Eging which meets all the above elements.

High strength, highly sensitive HPPE fibers, enabled Momoi to produce a braid that is one size thinner and does not get affected by the wind, or currents.

The Momoi Egixite has extremely low stretch, due to a special braiding technology and makes it a lot easier to feel the bite.

The newly developed “Triple Silicon Coating” makes the skin of the line much smoother and further enhance its casting abilities, minimizing noise with the guides. The same properties eliminate potential trouble with the line on the rod’s guides. Japanese company Momoi is pioneer in capitalizing the advantages of the Triple Silicon Coating technology, as it minimizes friction on the guides, the braid is quieter and reaches further.

We tested the Momoi Egixite with an Alpha Tackle Crazee Light Spinning rod of Max 0.21 gr Casting Weight and we were impressed with how accurately each jerk is transmitted to our lure. Tangles, noise and loss of sensitivity became a thing of the past.
