With our Video Call Service, we come live to your PC, or Smartphone screen to meet you, discuss your needs with you and show you “live” the products you are interested in, while answering any question you might have about your order.
We utilize the same technology, that we all use every day, to become more than just a voice on the phone, a post on Facebook, or an email in your inbox. With a push of a button you can join us in a live presentation of the products you are interested in and leave no question unanswered, in terms of their technical specifications, or how to use them effectively.
To participate in the video call, all you need to have – if using a desktop PC - is a microphone and speakers. The use of a camera is not required, in case you do not want to be seen in our screen.
You will receive an Invitation by Email
We will send to your email address, an invitation for a Video Call, through the Google Meet Platform.
At the selected Date & Time, click the relevant link (see on the left) and we will be there to meet you and answer all the questions you might have.
