Palms Jigaro Long Scale Jigs

The Jigaro Long Scale plans were made by Palms to trick fish even in the so-called "High Pressure Fields", as the Japanese company puts it; these are overfished areas which hold Dentex and other monsters of the deep, which have become highly suspicious and selective, hence they can not be easily fooled, unless we use highly specialized and realistic tools.

The Jigaro jigs carry a huge "legacy" of trophy catches in Shore Jigging and have become known for their instant response to both intensive and less intense jerks. With long, vertical jerks, this particular Palms lure, charges upwards with a sweeping zigzag motion, which is far from a straight trajectory, while even with small blows from our inclined rod, the Jigaro moves with realistic Darting moves.

Their immersion is very playful, with intense wobbling. Literally this shore jig, even when let to descent by keeping the braid stretched and under our control (Tension Falling), produces erratic movements and produces iridescences in the water.

The Jigaro Long Scale jigs have 2 faces per side, each at a different angle. Therefore it is as if they have 4 faces in total. Each of these faces carries an iridescent hologram, which Palms calls the 4-Faced Hologram. The hologram is placed before the color, on each of the surfaces of the jig, ensuring that the lure has a strong and realistic presence. In UV models and Zebra Color the details in the UV range are an incredibly welcomed addition, to an already fully completed jig. The back and belly in the 135 gr jigs have a wider width than those at 115 gr and Palms also covered these areas with holography.
