Hook setting remains firm and deep, even in pelagic species’ jaws and in White Sea Breams when feeding high up in the water column. The Tict Ice Cube is capable to command Walk the Dog lures, starting at 2 grams and performs its best at 5-8 grams, in slightly bulkier lures, a technical “ace” when fishing large Seabass with surface lures. What we noticed during battling such big predators, the particular rod made Seabasses give up shortly, after hook setting, due to the balanced blank which is neither too stiff, or too soft.

Tests with Jig Heads, Silicon Lures, Biodegradables
