The Shimano Exsence Wiro, have a rather peculiar design which we do not meet often.

Their slim profile and their exquisite lip, allows the Exsence Wiro to swim on the surface and at a depth of no more than 30 cm. Hence the Wiro are ideal lures in shallow areas, or close to river estuaries, even with slow retrieve.

Putting aside the top quality contruction you can expect from a Shimano lure, the Exsence Wiro incorporate the ΧAR-C system and can achieve long distance casts for a lure of its size.
