The Mustad MTB001 fillet knife has been built with a soft, ergonomic grip and stainless-steel blade. It is a Fillet Knife up for the task.

It should be noted that fillet knives have been designed for use exclusively on fish. The curved blade design, provides a better working angle, to cut as close as possible to the bone for maximum output. The bolsterless edge of the blade allows for use of the entire blade and makes sharpening easy.

The Mustad MTB001 fillet knives have been equipped with medium flexibility blades.  The particular Mustad knife features:

  • Soft, Non-Slip Grip
  • Solid construction
  • Sheath with belt clip
