Hearty Rise Slow Jigging III Rod

Hearty Rise has evolved into a Slow Jigging specialist company and the new version of the Slow Jigging III rod, has continued to evolve. Already proven deadly on some of the biggest Giant Trevallies in the Southern Hemisphere the development of the Hearty Rise Slow Jigging III, has been based on the NET-V III technology. The blank was built by the newest high density Toray “T1100G” Nano Carbon material, to bring up its strength and resilience to the top of the features list.

This construction material, makes the HR Slow Jigging III a premium rod, designed specially for Slow Jigging, with high strength and ultra sensitivity. The Hearty Rise Slow Jigging III rods have an elasticity coefficient 20% greater than conventional rods. They have been designed for working slow pitch jigs and imparting attractive actions, designed to trigger predatory fish instincts.

This high degree of sensitivity, achieves the delicate motion and a life-like presentation of the jig, an imperative characteristic in this fishing technique. Torzite is ultra light, ultra strong and has ultra low friction. Fuji believe Torzite enhances the action of the blank via two key factors: Lighter and thinner ring sizes - Torzite has a weight advantage over SiC by approximately 40% and the end product has a 10% weight saving. In addition the ring thickness is thinner and therefore the inner diameter of the guide is larger by approximately 15%. Leading the ability to downsize, the ultra thin ring means you can use one size smaller guides compared to SiC, which results in a saving of 20-30 % over the length of a rod. In addition the tip section is also lighter resulting in a more responsive rod overall.

Technologies at Hearty Rise rods

NET-V III - Maximizes the rod's rigidity based on the lightest treble blank structure. Improved upon the previous generation of NET-V net-shape carbon structure technology, after continuous engineering and developing, Hearty Rise finally achieved mastery of integrating new technology and materials into the unique and latest NET-V III technology. Adopted treble carbon fiber layers with different slanted directions construction for every joints to maximize its performance. This idea of "no-seam-style" fishing rods makes it be on the top no matter for its capabilities or weight.

Nano NVC is made from high polymers, nanostructure resin. Compared to SNVC technology, the new Nano NVC technology allow us to create a less resin and greater density carbonfiber blank. In order to achieve ultralight weight, powerful and slim blank. 

Hot pressure method is used to decrease as much resin as possible to create a high density carbon material with thinner and light weight features.

The present carbon material has entered into its highest level and has been close to its limit of the balance between light weight and power. However HR still keep studying and engineering on rod materials every year, trying to make it better. The lowest resin and highest carbon materials are used to create high modulus carbon material (SNVC) to produce rods with the best resilience and lightness.
