The Daiwa Exceler range of rods is evolving. Improved performance and a new look have been completed for this range of spinning rods.
The Daiwa Exceler range of rods is evolving. Improved performance and a new look have been completed for this range of spinning rods.
The Daiwa Exceler Spinning rods are made of high quality HVF Carbon and equipped with x45 Cross Wrap Weaving technology. Their blank is light and sensitive. This latest generation of Excel adopted a sleek look in black and silver, matching perfectly the Exceler 21 LT reels.
The grip of the rod is more comfortable thanks to the exclusive Daiwa reel seat, which perfectly matches the natural curve of the palm of the hand.
The Exceler range is complete and all freshwater predator fishermen will find what they are looking for: from stalking Perch, Trout or Chub in light fishing to the strongest fishing for large pike in swimbait. To differentiate at a glance the actions of the rods between them, the top of the handle of the rods is decorated with a thin ligature of different color for each power.

This manufacturing process is the superposition of spiral carbon fibers (90 °), unidirectional fibers (0 °) on three layers and two carbon layers laid by two opposite helical windings (45 °). These two additional crosswinds gave the name of Bias Cross Wrap.
The X45 carbon winding adopts an elasticity and a return to the initial shape whatever the angle of the loading of the blank.
Reduction of the quantity of resin and increase of the degree of adhesion of the carbon fibers during the hot polymerization phase.
When winding webs, a micropigment-based finish is sprayed hot. The absence of polish brings lightness and sensitivity.
The component engineering division is developing reel holders mixing innovations and Fuji® elements, exclusive for Daiwa rods.
