The Mares Iago Dagger Knife has been designed especially for Free Diving, but has been used by all underwater activity enthusiasts.

Its blade is made of stainless steel (440A), 4 mm thick, with anti-corrosion PVD treatment.

Both edges of the blade are micro serrated, to guarantee excellent cutting power, in every situation.

The ergonomic, soft, anti-slip handle of the Mares Iago, offers a firm grip during use.

It incorporates the "Quick Release" system that allows for one hand, quick release from its case, accelerating its use in case of emergency.

Special holes designed to straighten the tip of shafts, or free shafts stuck in rocks, have been included in its design.

All of the above features make the Iago an ideal knife for spear fishing too.

It can be strapped on your belt, calf, or arm.

It is always recommended after each dive, to rinse the knife with fresh water, dry it and then apply lubricant to prevent rust from forming on the surface.
