The Ryobi Proskyer Nose reel is notorious amongst casting fanatics, due to its long distance throws, the very strong drags and the cross winding line system.

Designed for extreme casting distances, the Proskyer Nose reel has been developed on the basis of the unique Ryobi technologies, such as the Precision Worm Shaft Transmission which provides for an oscillation of 40 mm, for a perfect cross winding on the conical long cast spool. The "Tangle Guard System" makes tangling of the line impossible.

The Ryobi Proskyer Nose is a high-intensity graphite reel, equipped with a thick aluminum bail arm.
