Balzer 71 North Boat Rods

Many sea anglers have been waiting for this Balzer rod series. This is the latest generation of the legendary 71° North rod series.

Anyone who takes the rods in hand will immediately notice that this is by no means just a facelift of the old series. Every single blank has been newly developed and thus adapted to the latest rod technology.

The Boat 71⁰ North are all-rounder rods for fishing with natural, fresh bait in the Mediterranean. There are several fishing styles that are popular nowadays in the Southern Europe and which utilize freshly caught squid. These fishing styles are either performed vertically from the boat, or by Trolling with a Sinker.

Their blank is extra sensitive in order to transmit each bite, no matter how light it is, to the palm of your hand. Thanks to the latest, High Modulus carbon materials, the rods are now significantly lighter and slimmer than the previous models. The unpolished blanks are extremely robust and powerful. All models are equipped with high quality Fuji rod seats.

The split Duplon handles not only look contemporary, they also guarantee perfect handling. The cherry on top of the cake are the metal threads woven into the carbon, which ensure a breathtaking look.

All rods are delivered in a neoprene case.
