Palms PP Pencil Lure

The PP Pencil is a member of the Light Rock Fishing family of lures, named “Bit Arts”, by Palms. It is an amazing lure for the surface, which can be used with multiple retrieves and it can truly change our top water game. It offers many more alternatives than a common Walk the Dog.

Its length is 6 cm and weighs 4.2 gr. It is rigged with two treble hooks, size No10. Its shape and size allows us to achieve amazing casts.

Palms is well known for the Bit Arts lurers family and has done a lot of work, in order to be able to produce a flawless surface lure. It is simply Palm’s flagship in the top water game.

The basic method of retrieval is the classic Walk the Dog. The Palms PP Pencil lure makes a wonderful WtD move, in a narrow, or wide angle that depends on the frequency and tension of the Twich. The PP Pencil is very well balanced and doesn’t lose its posture even in rough sea conditions. It is really amazing to stare to the harmonious motion of the PP Pencil and how it performs the WtD motion.

The PP Pencil can change its character if you apply sharper and more intensive twitches and it can move like crazy in zig-zag, leaving behind it a very clear trail, making its presence known by causing a water commotion and by stirring up plenty of water. Even if the speed of retrieval is really fast, the PP Pencil will produce a great skipping motion.

If we press the rod more and continue the intense twitches, the PP Pencil dives under the surface to perform a unique in its kind, sub-surface WtD motion.
