Tenryu Horizon LJ 611 S-FM Rod

Made in Japan, by leading company Tenryu, the Horizon LJ is a rod specially designed for Light Jigging fishing. The Tenryu Horizon Light Jigging rod is made from a mixture of Fiberglass and CNT Carbon materials, for added strength, balanced sensitivity and a progressive curve. The handle is ergonomically designed, is long and allows the user to fish comfortably, for many hours, without adding burden on his back.

The Tenryu Horizon Light Jigging bends progressively from the middle of the blank to the tip, a feature that allows easy - almost automatic - use of the jigs, in perfect alignment with the rod’s jerks, while also making the fight with the catch an easier task.

Tenryu classifies the LJ 611 S-FM as a Medium Strength rod and can handle jigs weighing up to 200g, combined with a thin braided line.

And yet Tenryu's construction technique is based on simplicity, as complicated as the above may sound. They have the unique ability to make the jig move horizontally, with very light and short strokes, due to the flexibility of the blank, whether the retrieve is fast, or slow.
